The Indonesian anti-monopoly agency is reportedly set to seize Temasek Holdings' assets in Indonesia to recover an outstanding fine, which the latter was slapped with in 2007 for breaching the country's anti-monopoly laws. Mr Bernard Lee, deputy director at the Singapore Management University's Sim Kee Boon Institute for Financial Economics shares his thoughts.
