To understand the evolving financial landscape and meet the need for immediate financial literacy knowledge during the Covid-19 crisis, the Citi Foundation-SMU Financial Literacy Program for Young Adults launched its very own webinar series – the Covid-19 Rescue Pack.The webinars were conducted over the span of 4 Saturdays, with each session covering a different but essential topic specially curated to suit the Covid-19 context and SMU student profile.

The webinar was open to SMU students of all faculties, including graduated SMU students. Topics covered include: Budgeting & Insurance, Fintech, Investments (Basic & Advanced). The webinars involved sharing of content by trainers as well as a live QnA sessions with invited guests who were domain experts in the respective topics.

Mr Patrick Sin from Citi Singapore was the guest speaker for 2 of the sessions, where he mainly shared on the current market trends and investment outlook in relation to the Covid-19 situation. Professor Ke Jinghao shared his views and thoughts on Fintech during the final session. Professor Aurobindo Ghosh was also invited to share his insights on investments.
