SMU, Polytechnic and ITE students that are deemed suitable to be trained as student trainers are invited to join the Train-the-Trainers program. At the end of the training program, the students receive a Certificate of Completion and qualify as Trainers for the Citi Foundation-SMU Financial Literacy Program for Young Adults.

We believe that our student trainers should be equipped not only with financial knowledge but also be trained to teach the subject to the participants.
