Twice A Year

The Citi Foundation-SMU Financial Literacy student club organises Welfare Drives as a way to showcase the club’s appreciation to its trainers for their active involvement in workshops and programs. Carried out once per semester, during its peak season, the Welfare Drives are meant to boost student morale and motivate them through their exam/project weeks.

Students registering to receive welfare pack

In March 2021, the student club conducted its first exam welfare for student trainers since the easing of restrictions after the pandemic. The drive serves as an appreciation and recognition of the current student trainers’ efforts over the past year. Following strict social distancing guidelines, student trainers made prior bookings to receive their welfare pack and trainer shirts. They also had the bonus opportunity to participate in a draw for small prizes if they had registered for the My Money @ Campus 2021. Inflatable travel pillows and Decathlon mini-backpacks were up for grabs!
